A graduate of Sup de Co Tours, Philippe Millot began his career in 1995 at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a consultant. For 30 years, his career combined business development and recruitment consulting.
Among his notable experiences: creation of the specialized recruitment firm Westpoint in 2000, development of a new courier service activity for the La Poste group in 2004 and, more recently, contribution as an Associate to the growth project of the headhunting firm Arrowman Executive Search from 2010 to 2024.
In 2025, Philippe joined Nicholas Angell as a Partner in order to participate in the firm's redeployment project.
Philippe works with a varied clientele, large groups (CAC 40, SBF 120), Mid-Cap (companies under LBO), family SMEs and growing SMEs. He has developed recognized expertise in supporting family businesses that he supports in their managerial transformation projects and the recruitment of their management committees.
The missions carried out by Philippe cover key issues: structuring organizations (financing, M&A, IPO, HR, transmission, transformation) and development strategy (value creation, repositioning of the economic model, internationalization, etc.).
