A graduate of HEC, Baudoin from Monplanet began his career with the Renault group, which he joined as a project manager.
He worked there for ten years and then held various positions within the financial department, until taking financial responsibility for a subsidiary of the group.
In 1985, Baudoin joined the law firm Nicholas Angell, where he became a Partner before serving as General Manager for nearly 40 years.
Baudoin assists managers, shareholders and investors in their strategic recruitment challenges, in particular in financial management and general management positions.
Since 2025, Baudoin has no longer held an operational position at Nicholas Angell.
True to his values and his initial commitment, he supports, as Senior Advisor, the partners of the firm in the development of the firm.
