With an AES Master's degree from the University of Caen Normandy, Karine Lelion began her career in human resources, where she worked in general corporate positions for four years.
In 2005, Karine joined the recruitment firm Nicholas Angell as a Research Officer. There, she developed solid expertise in identifying and evaluating profiles, and took responsibility for the Sourcing and Research division a few years later.
Karine works on recruitment missions for senior managers and executives, in support of the firm's Partners, with a detailed knowledge of sectoral issues and client expectations.
She also supervises all research processes, guaranteeing methodological rigor and the quality of deliverables.
